- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
Advisory & Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes.
- Lead offer negotiations and provide consultative guidance on market trends and compensation.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics
- Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the Manufacturing Specialty - Sourcing, EHS, Quality and LEAN.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for complex roles including Process Quality Engineers, EHS Leader, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,400.00 - 111,700.00 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: 10% annual bonus potential
