Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Trainer to deliver comprehensive training to individuals who want to build their careers in SAP. The trainer will be responsible for explaining SAP PS concepts, providing practical demonstrations, guiding learners through real-time business scenarios, and preparing candidates for SAP PS project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training on SAP PS (Project System) modules and functionalities.
- Explain SAP PS concepts, configuration, business processes, and project lifecycle management.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations using SAP systems and practical exercises.
- Cover project planning, project structures, budgeting, cost planning, scheduling, and project execution.
- Explain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Project Profiles.
- Train candidates on integration between SAP PS and other SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
- Explain project cost tracking, settlement, results analysis, and reporting.
- Provide real-time business scenarios and practical implementation examples.
- Guide learners through SAP PS configuration and end-user processes.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews and help candidates prepare for SAP PS consultant roles.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback and career guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP PS (Project System).
- Understanding of SAP PS configuration and business processes.
- Knowledge of WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, and project scheduling.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, cost planning, and cost monitoring.
- Knowledge of project settlement and integration with SAP FI/CO.
- Understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, hands-on SAP training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an SAP PS Consultant, SAP PS Functional Consultant, or SAP Trainer.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Project System.
- SAP implementation or support project experience.
- Experience preparing candidates for SAP PS interviews.
- SAP certification is an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant SAP PS implementation, support, or training experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct interactive training sessions.
