Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation & Marketing, this role will work closely with the wider Demand Generation team, Events and Webinars team, external social media agency, subject matter experts and other teams across Marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn complex technology, AI and customer experience topics into clear, engaging content for different audiences and channels. The successful candidate will be an exceptional writer who understands how content contributes to campaign engagement, lead generation and pipeline. They must be comfortable using AI as a collaborative tool to support research, ideation, repurposing and optimization, while applying their own expertise, judgment and editorial skills to ensure the final content is accurate, differentiated and distinctly human.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, optimize and repurpose content that supports global demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, events, webinars, social media and the wider buyer journey.
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing and internal subject matter experts to translate business priorities, customer insights and campaign themes into compelling content that drives audience engagement, lead generation and pipeline.
  • Coordinate external content partners, including CallMiner’s freelance writer and social media agency, by setting clear briefs and priorities and ensuring consistent quality, messaging and brand alignment.
  • Use AI responsibly to support research, ideation, optimization and repurposing, while bringing strong independent judgment, original thinking and meaningful editorial oversight to all work.
  • Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice, applying SEO, AEO and GEO principles where appropriate to improve content visibility and performance.
  • Manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines effectively, using available performance data to identify insights and improve future content.

Requirements

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 + years of content marketing, copywriting or editorial experience, including significant experience within B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to turn complex technology, AI and customer experience topics into clear, credible and engaging content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating long-form and short-form B2B technology writing across several channels and content formats.
  • Experience writing about artificial intelligence, customer experience, contact center technology, enterprise software, analytics or related technology topics is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with external writers, freelancers, agencies or other content partners.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, project management, content management and collaboration platforms.
  • A working understanding of demand generation, buyer journeys, account-based marketing and how content supports marketing and sales outcomes.
  • Strong interviewing and research skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Naturally collaborative, highly organized and comfortable taking ownership of work from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Curious, adaptable and motivated to grow into broader content strategy and campaign responsibilities over time.

Candidate Portfolio & Writing Exercise

As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio of at least three relevant B2B writing samples that demonstrate range and versatility. Ideally, samples will include:

  • One long-form asset, such as a whitepaper, report, eBook, or similar content
  • One blog or thought leadership article
