Envirogen Technologies is growing its healthcare business and looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales of our industry-leading EndoTherm® healthcare water purification systems across North America.
With hospitals increasingly focused on AAMI ST108 compliance, patient safety and infection prevention, this is a unique opportunity to join a business with a genuinely differentiated solution and significant growth ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, IDNs, sterile processing departments and endoscopy clinics.
- Build relationships with Facilities Directors, Sterile Processing Managers, Infection Prevention teams and healthcare executives.
- Lead opportunities from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Position EndoTherm® as the preferred solution for compliance, operational efficiency and risk reduction.
- Drive recurring revenue through service, maintenance and monitoring agreements.
- Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
About You
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, capital equipment or technical sales.
- Experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems.
- Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, commercial and driven by growth.
