Founded in Palo Alto by Dr. Andrew Ng and Israel Niezen, Factored helps U.S. companies build and scale world-class AI, ML, and Data teams, powered by the top 1% of LATAM talent, with a defining purpose: To empower brilliant humans, unleash their potential, and amplify their impact in the world.
At Factored, you’ll be part of a community that values learning, ownership, and authenticity, where your growth is personal and your ideas matter. We’re transparent, curious, and collaborative. We strive for excellence, celebrate diversity, encourage curiosity, and build an environment where you can truly thrive.
We are looking for a strategic, client-facing AI Enablement Lead to own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle for our clients adopting Claude and Anthropic technologies. In this role you will lead engagements with enterprise clients, design tailored training proposals, manage the operational delivery of enablement programs, and define and track the KPIs that prove impact. You will also be a capable facilitator who can step into the room for introductory sessions when needed. This is an ideal role for someone who combines consultative instincts, program management rigor, practical AI fluency, and good facilitation skills to lead AI enablement sessions, but whose primary value is in architecting and running programs that drive measurable adoption at scale.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead needs analysis with enterprise clients, understanding their roles, AI maturity, and priorities and translating findings into a clear enablement scope and structured training proposal (objectives, audiences, formats, timeline, and success metrics).
- Standardizing and tailor existing enablement frameworks and content to each client’s context, adjusting examples, exercises, and depth without rebuilding from scratch.
- Own the operational delivery of enablement programs end-to-end: scheduling cohorts, coordinating trainers, managing rollout roadmaps, and keeping client stakeholders aligned from kickoff through hand-off.
- Define, track, and report KPIs: adoption rates, tool usage, satisfaction, business outcomes and use data to iterate on program design and demonstrate ROI.
- Capture insights across sessions: common questions, content gaps, what works and feed them back to improve activation packages and programs.
- Facilitate introductory sessions directly when needed, and ensure quality and consistency across all sessions delivered by trainers in the program.
- Maintain strong, practical fluency with Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem so you can demo live, answer real questions, and translate capabilities into relevant outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of experience in enablement, technical training, learning & development, customer education, sales engineering, consulting, or a comparable client-facing role, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or AI/ML context, with at least 2–3 years leading enablement programs end-to-end (not only delivering sessions).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; instructional design, adult-learning, program management, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience conducting needs analysis or discovery with enterprise clients, translating business context into structured learning programs.
- Strong ability to design training proposals: defining learning objectives, audience segmentation, session architecture, timelines, and success metrics.
- Demonstrated experience managing the operational delivery of structured programs or rollouts schedules, cohorts, stakeholders, trainers, and adoption outcomes across an organization.
- Track record of defining and tracking KPIs for enablement or adoption programs, and using data to iterate and report impact to stakeholders.
- Strong, hands-on practical fluency with LLMs and AI tools (experience with Claude or the Anthropic ecosystem is a significant plus) comfortable prompting, demoing live, and designing practical workflows.
- Solid facilitation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to teach and engage mixed audiences, from technical practitioners to business users to executives, even if facilitation is not your primary function.
- The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, relevant value for non-technical audiences, and to hold credibility with technical ones.
- High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and consultative instincts, comfortable navigating client relationships, surfacing challenges, and driving alignment.
- A genuine passion for teaching and for staying current in a fast-moving field, you actively relearn as the technology evolves.
- Willingness to travel and deliver on-site with enterprise clients across the US as needed.
- Excellent English (C1-C2) written and verbal communication skills.
Our Benefits:
- Ownership through equity participation.
- Annual company retreat.
- Education bonus for continuous learning.
- Company-wide winter break.
- Paid time off.
- Optional in-person events and meetups.
- Tailored career roadmaps.
- High-performance culture.
