Ensure projects follow agreed governance, quality standards and delivery methodologies.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and CRM records.
Provide clear visibility of project progress, risks, issues and overall delivery health.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior customer stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm, organised and decisive when challenges arise.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing project documentation, governance and reporting.
