The listing
Javvy is on a mission to set a new standard for café favorites with better-for-you beverages that are craveable, convenient, and without compromise. Positioned at the intersection of café culture, convenience, and functional nutrition, we’re reimagining the drinks people buy every day — proving you don’t have to compromise between great taste and quality ingredients. What began as a cult-favorite DTC brand has rapidly scaled into an omnichannel business, now expanding into major retail while building a loyal community around better-for-you café favorites.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Brand Manager to help bring Javvy's brand strategy, product innovation, partnerships, and integrated marketing initiatives to life.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and exceptional execution. You'll work closely with Brand leadership to translate big-picture ideas into impactful campaigns, product launches, and brand experiences.
The ideal candidate is a natural owner: highly organized, creatively minded, proactive, and energized by building a fast-growing consumer brand. You're equally comfortable developing a compelling brand concept as you are managing the details required to bring it to market.
What You’ll Own:
Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing
Execute integrated brand campaigns across product launches, seasonal moments, retail activations, and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to brand positioning, storytelling, campaign concepts, and creative briefs that strengthen Javvy's identity and consumer connection.
Manage go-to-market plans, marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and cross-functional deliverables from concept through launch.
Product Innovation & Partnerships
Partner with Product Development and Brand leadership to bring new products, flavors, and category extensions to market.
Support product positioning, naming, packaging direction, consumer insights, and launch strategy.
Help identify and execute strategic brand collaborations, licensing opportunities, and cultural partnerships.
PR, Experiential & Brand Activations
Partner with PR agencies and internal teams to drive brand storytelling, media opportunities, and communications initiatives.
Coordinate experiential marketing, events, sampling programs, and brand activations that drive awareness and consumer engagement.
Manage external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution.
Omnichannel Brand Marketing
Collaborate with Retail, Ecommerce, Creative, Social, and Influencer teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences across DTC, Amazon, and national retail accounts.
Support retailer-specific marketing initiatives, launch materials, and consumer-facing campaigns.
Brand Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership
Own day-to-day project management across multiple brand initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned.
Proactively identify roadblocks, manage priorities, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
Track campaign performance, budgets, and key learnings to inform future brand initiatives.
Support post-launch performance recaps for product launches and integrated campaigns, consolidating cross-functional results, evaluating performance against KPIs, and identifying actionable insights and opportunities to optimize future launches.
You’re a Fit If…
3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or a related role, ideally within CPG or a high-growth consumer brand.
Proven ability to independently manage campaigns, product launches, or complex cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Strong creative instincts with an understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer marketing.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the fast pace of a growing business.
Experience across DTC, retail, product innovation, PR, or brand partnerships is a must.
Passion for consumer brands, food and beverage, wellness, and emerging cultural trends.
