What you’ll do

Product management

  • Identify compliance risks across all markets at an early stage and implement solutions that comply with the laws and regulations of each jurisdiction.

  • Drive the introduction of a modular product concept and scale processes through automation.

Carrier management

  • Lead carrier management from a legal and strategic perspective. Negotiate and oversee MGA agreements in the EU and UK, and manage capacity for SMEs and large risks.

  • Build a stable, long-term and diversified carrier base that best supports our business model.

  • Oversee all MGA agreements, coordinate renewals, and build a claims management function that aligns our profitability goals with carriers’ requirements.

  • An understanding of cyber compliance and regulatory requirements, with practical experience in incident response and prevention solutions.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and the motivation to build and scale.
