The listing

You will join a fast-paced environment with a strong, battle-tested dev team that has already scaled products to millions. Here, you will own product initiatives that directly impact a massive audience, make decisions that shape how people connect globally, and work on big problems with smart, innovative solutions, all with real ownership of outcomes.

About your role: As a Manual QA Engineer on our iOS team, you will join a freshly launched product right at the moment of its active growth. Your work will directly shape release stability, regression coverage and the way quality is built into the product as it scales. You will own features from requirements to release, go far beyond UI testing into databases, APIs and real client–server traffic, and test the logic that directly drives revenue: in-app purchases, A/B experiments and analytics. And you will do it with an AI-assisted QA toolset that you can use and grow from day one.

In this role, you will

  • Own features end to end: review PRDs, design test coverage and publish feature documentation for the whole QA team

  • Perform functional testing of new features as well as smoke, sanity and regression testing of mobile apps on real devices

  • Test the backend manually via REST APIs across multiple services and validate client–backend integrations

  • Validate business logic, pricing, feature flags and user data at the database level in MongoDB

  • Analyze client–server traffic with proxy tools to find whether a bug lives on the client or the backend

  • Test in-app purchases, attribution, personalization flows and A/B experiments that directly affect revenue

  • Validate analytics events and tracking so that product decisions rest on reliable data

  • Set up test conditions via the admin panel and JSON configs, including shared logic across several internal brands

  • Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports and test reports

  • Use and grow our AI-based toolset for generating test cases, checklists and PRD analysis

  • Work within Scrum and continuously improve the speed and quality of testing

It’s all about you

  • 2+ years of experience in manual testing, including backend testing with API tools and databases

  • Hands-on experience testing iOS/Android apps on real devices

  • Experience with proxy debugging tools: Charles, Proxyman or Fiddler

  • Strong knowledge of test design techniques and requirements analysis

  • Experience testing in-app purchases

  • Experience setting up test conditions via JSON configs or admin panels

  • Experience with test management systems such as Qase, TestRail or similar

  • Experience using Claude or other AI tools for testing and creating test documentation

  • Experience working in fast release cycles

  • English at B1 level or higher

  • Structured thinking, eagerness to learn and clear communication

  • Result-oriented mindset, team spirit and flexibility

Would be a plus

  • Experience with MongoDB Compass: writing queries, filtering and validating data

  • Analytics testing: validating events and tracking parameters

  • A/B testing: test groups, feature flags, experiment configs

  • Marketing testing: attribution, marketing links, personalized flows

  • Localization testing, including multi-language and RTL

  • Experience with TestFlight: installing builds and reading device logs
