The listing
We're a fast-growing US home energy company helping homeowners save money with solar, HVAC, windows and insulation solutions. Our Dallas call center is the heart of the business, and now we're building our very first remote team in Latin America. You'd be joining from the start and helping shape what this team becomes.
About the role
Looking to kick off your career in sales? This is your chance to learn the craft from a team that does it every day in the US market. As a Scheduling Support Agent, you'll call homeowners across Texas, start real conversations about how they can lower their electric bill, and book them for a home assessment. No previous sales experience needed: if you're a great communicator and hungry to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
Schedule
This is a full-time role working Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. Shifts run from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time (US) Tuesday through Friday, and from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays.
Each shift includes one hour of paid breaks: a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks, scheduled to keep steady calling coverage during the busiest hours. Every shift starts with a short team meeting.
What you'll do
- Make 250 to 300 calls a day through an auto-dialer. Every lead is provided, so your focus is 100% on the conversation.
- Spark homeowners' interest in lowering their energy bill and book them for a home assessment.
- Turn objections into opportunities and keep conversations going, even when the first answer is "no."
- Adapt your tone and style to connect with people across different US regions.
- Follow proven scripts and SOPs, and keep your activity up to date in Salesforce.
- Hit your weekly goals and climb the team leaderboard.
- Keep sharpening your skills through coaching, call reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills. This is the #1 thing we look for: you speak clearly, confidently and naturally, and you can keep a stranger engaged on the phone.
- Full availability to work from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time (US) Tuesday through Friday, and from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays.
- Great listening skills and the ability to adapt your tone to different people, accents and personalities.
- Up to 1-2 years of experience in call center, customer service or sales-related roles. Recent graduates and career starters are very welcome!
- A positive, resilient mindset: you don't take rejection personally and you bounce back fast.
- Coachable and curious, always open to feedback and ready to learn.
- Self-motivated and disciplined enough to stay focused while working from home.
- Your own reliable computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Based in Latin America.
Nice to have
- Any experience with cold calling, appointment setting or lead generation (internships and part-time jobs count!).
- Previous experience talking with US customers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or auto-dialers such as Five9.
Training and onboarding
Never made a sales call before? No problem. You'll start with a one-week training program where you'll learn our proven scripts, our SOPs and how every part of the call center works. You'll also get access to hundreds of real recorded sales calls to learn from. At the end of the week, you'll take a final assessment to show what you've learned, and then you're ready to hit the phones.
What we offer
