This role will help the business understand which markets, channels, campaigns and audience segments generate genuine commercial value.

- Connect and analyse data from advertising platforms, websites, CRM systems, trading systems and internal databases.
- Define consistent reporting standards and data definitions across marketing teams.
- Measure performance by market, channel, campaign, creative, device and customer segment.
- Analyse the funnel from visitor to registration, KYC completion, first-time deposit and active client.
- Develop attribution models and evaluate channel incrementality.
- Monitor CAC, CPA, cost per verified client, cost per FTD, LTV, ROAS and payback period.
- Identify tracking gaps, data-quality issues and abnormal performance patterns.
- Partner with marketing teams to improve budget allocation and campaign efficiency.
- Create customer cohorts and analyse retention, deposit and trading behaviour.
- Support forecasting, target setting and annual marketing planning.
- Design measurement frameworks for experiments, promotions and new-market launches.
- Present complex analysis as clear commercial recommendations for senior management.
Success Measures
- Accuracy and reliability of marketing reporting
- Dashboard adoption across the business
- Reduction in tracking and attribution gaps
- Speed of insight delivery
- Improvement in budget-allocation decisions
- Marketing CAC and payback-period visibility
- Quality of forecasting and performance recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics or business intelligence.
- Advanced SQL and strong spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and major advertising platforms.
- Understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, funnel analysis and experimental design.
- Ability to work with large, multi-source datasets.
- Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.
- Experience with Python or R is desirable.
- Experience in FX, CFD, fintech, financial services, gaming or another high-volume digital acquisition business is highly desirable.
Ideal Profile
You are commercially curious and naturally sceptical of surface-level metrics. You want to know not only which campaign generated registrations, but which activity created verified, funded and valuable long-term clients.
