Teamworks is hiring a Product Management MBA Intern to support the product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch and deliver work the team can use.
Our product team is growing, and we expect to hire many more PMs in the coming years. This internship adds capacity across a full slate of work and gives you a view of how product work happens here. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, product marketing, education, and our customer-facing teams. Projects vary in size, and we scope them before hiring so we can match you to work that fits.
The RoleConduct customer discovery and research, and translate findings into clear opportunities and product requirements
Write requirements and Linear tickets, and work directly with engineers and designers to ship
Prototype and wireframe concepts to validate ideas before we invest in development
Partner with product marketing, education, sales, and customer success on launches, including in-app messaging, customer communications, and help center content
Manage several projects at different lifecycle stages, track metrics and post-launch feedback, recommend iterations, and contribute to category vision and strategy
Required
Currently completing, or recently completed, an MBA from a top-tier program
3+ years of relevant work experience, with ownership across more than one stage of the product lifecycle
Experience making tradeoffs under constraints such as time, engineering capacity, or competing stakeholders, and explaining your reasoning
Interest in sports and the athletes and teams we serve; no sports industry experience required
Some hands-on experience with generative AI tools or products, through work, coursework, or side projects
Based in the US
Preferred
PM or founder experience at a growth-stage startup, ideally in B2B SaaS
Background in consulting, engineering, BizOps, or growth, with ownership of a product
Experience managing multiple overlapping projects and taking on work outside your core function, such as ops, data, design, or go-to-market
You'll own your projects and see how product works with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams. If the internship goes well, it may lead to a full-time PM role on a growing team. You'll be building software that sports organizations rely on every day.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship at this time.
