  • Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer priorities.
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, release plans, and delivery priorities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.

  • Collaborate with development, testing, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Support release planning and prioritization efforts across multiple initiatives.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) and future Jira implementations for backlog management and Agile execution.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with government customers, business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Communicate product vision, status, risks, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Present recommendations, priorities, and roadmap updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer expectations are managed and solutions align with mission needs.

  • Well-maintained and prioritized product backlog.
  • Clearly defined Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Consistent delivery of business value through Agile execution.
  • Effective management of product roadmaps, sprint activities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Continuous improvement of business processes and digital solutions supporting customer missions.
