Work from home and help the Latino community. We’re hiring 10 Spanish-speaking team members to join our growing team. Work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a flexible schedule that fits your life.
This role combines client care and consultative sales. You’ll connect with families who already asked for help, understand their needs, explain their options, and guide them through the process. No hard selling, no cold calling: you work only with interested clients and provided leads.
Compensation: Commission paid weekly, with a first-year average of $45000–$75000. Plus bonuses and long-term residual income from renewals.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with clients by phone, video, email, and messages
- Understand each family’s needs and recommend the right options
- Answer questions clearly and guide clients through enrollment
- Follow up to build long-term relationships and referrals
- Document every interaction in our CRM and meet team goals
What We’re Looking For
- 18+, living in the U.S., and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional attitude
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
- Willing to obtain a professional license (we guide you)

Trabaja desde casa y ayuda a la comunidad latina. Estamos contratando 10 personas que hablen español para unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento. Trabaja de forma remota desde cualquier parte de Estados Unidos, con un horario flexible que se adapta a tu vida.
Este puesto combina atención a clientes y asesoría en ventas. Te conectarás con familias que ya pidieron ayuda, conocerás sus necesidades, les explicarás sus opciones y las guiarás en el proceso. Sin ventas agresivas ni llamadas en frío: trabajas solo con clientes interesados y contactos que te damos.
