Tired of spending hours in traffic just to get to work? Join us as a Bilingual Financial Advisor. You’ll work mostly from home, with some in-person days at our San Diego office.
For over 75 years, we have helped Spanish-speaking families across the United States protect their health, their income, and their loved ones. As an advisor, you will listen to each family, explain their options in Spanish, and guide them to the right decision.
No experience needed. We train you from day one
Compensation
Weekly pay, with a first-year average of $65,000–$80,000. Commission and bonus-based, with uncapped earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Contact families who requested information, by phone and video call
- Understand their needs and explain their family protection options
- Recommend the right plan and guide them through enrollment
- Follow up and build long-term relationships and referrals
- Track your activity in our CRM and work toward personal and team goals
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Live within reach of San Diego for in-person days
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus
- Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to work
- Willing to complete training and obtain the required state license

Desde hace más de 75 años ayudamos a familias hispanas en todo Estados Unidos a proteger su salud, sus ingresos y a sus seres queridos. Como asesor(a), escucharás a cada familia, le explicarás sus opciones en español y la guiarás para tomar la mejor decisión.
No necesitas experiencia. Te capacitamos desde el primer día.
Compensación
Pago semanal, con un promedio de $65,000–$80,000 en el primer año. Basado en comisiones y bonos, sin tope de ingresos.
Lo que harás
- Contactar por teléfono y videollamada a familias que pidieron información
- Conocer sus necesidades y explicarles sus opciones de protección familiar
- Recomendar el plan adecuado y acompañarlas en la inscripción
- Dar seguimiento y construir relaciones de largo plazo y referidos
- Registrar tu actividad en nuestro CRM y trabajar por metas personales y de equipo
Requisitos
- Tener 18 años o más
- Vivir a una distancia razonable de San Diego para los días presenciales
- Autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos
- Español fluido; el inglés es un plus
- Computadora, internet estable y un espacio tranquilo para trabajar
- Disposición para capacitarte y obtener la licencia estatal requerida
