What you will do

- Work closely with our Services customer team to identify value-driven proposals for our customers
- Ensure every service package is accurately scoped and priced for maximum customer value and optimal time-to-value
- Build strong customer relationships that uncover additional service needs
- Track and report on the services sales pipeline and outcomes
- Stay up to date on M-Files’ evolving services portfolio and on market trends in EMEA

- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with examples you can share
- Experience with consultative, value-based selling to business and IT decision-makers, including senior stakeholders
- Skill in scoping and pricing services deals, including working from effort estimates, writing SoWs and protecting margin
- Experience selling services into an existing customer base (upsell and cross-sell) alongside new-business deals
- Solid understanding of cloud and SaaS implementations, integrations and the typical project lifecycle, and the ability to discuss solutions credibly with delivery and technical teams
- Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce), pipeline management and forecasting
- A proactive, self-driven approach: you are comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to customers
- A team-player mindset, with the ability to work closely with both Services and Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Background in content management, document management, workflow automation or AI-driven information management
- Additional European languages (for example German or a Nordic language)
What success looks like
- Within 6 months, you have built a healthy services pipeline across your region
- Within 12 months, you are a trusted partner to both Sales and Services, and your proposals consistently win and deliver value
