The listing
StellarTech - a fast-growing, multi-product company with 200+ talented professionals, and we're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who loves combining creativity, analytics, and experimentation to drive measurable business results.
In this role, you'll take ownership of web-to-app funnels for our EdTech product — from developing hypotheses and building user journeys to running experiments and scaling what works.
What You Will Do:
- Own and optimise web-to-app funnels: Design, build, and continuously improve conversion funnels that turn visitors into engaged users and paying customers.
- Drive experimentation: Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and identify growth opportunities across different stages of the user journey.
- Turn data into action: Analyse user behaviour, conversion rates, and funnel performance to uncover bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Build engaging user experiences: Work with funnel-building tools to create seamless, visually appealing, and high-converting user journeys across web and mobile.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Content teams to launch new funnel concepts and bring growth initiatives to life.
- Research and innovate: Explore competitors, market trends, and emerging CRO practices to discover new approaches and opportunities.
- Measure what matters: Track key performance metrics, evaluate experiment results, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
- B2C subscription experience: Hands-on experience working with B2C subscription-based products, with a solid understanding of subscription funnels, monetisation models, and key conversion metrics.
- Hands-on funnel experience: Practical experience building and optimising web-to-app or similar conversion funnels using Unbounce, ClickFunnels, or other funnel-building platforms.
- Experimentation mindset: Experience running A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and making decisions based on data rather than assumptions.
- Strong analytical skills: Confidence working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Understanding of UX and CRO: Knowledge of user behaviour, conversion optimisation principles, and how to create experiences that encourage users to take action.
- Market awareness: Ability to research competitors, identify successful funnel approaches, and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Ownership and proactivity: A results-oriented mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative, challenge existing approaches, and continuously look for better solutions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work effectively with different teams to bring experiments and improvements to life.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in EdTech.
- Experience launching new funnels or products in Tier-1 markets.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:
- Real impact: The results of your work will directly drive the company's key scaling metrics. You will see firsthand how workflows accelerate by multiples thanks to your efforts.

- Health: company-provided medical expense compensation.
- AI solutions: АІ subscription and other tools.
- Balance: Flexible paid time off, you get 21 days of annual leave + 10 bank holidays.
