  • Write all social copy in the profile owner’s own voice, keeping it personal, credible and true to their agreed positioning and narrative pillars.
  • Work with the Social Media Director to set publishing guidelines, cadence and content pillars for the profile.
  • Build and maintain the content calendar and approval workflow, making sure everything is signed off before it is published.
  • Partner with the Digital PR team to align social with media coverage, opinion pieces, interviews, speaking and panel opportunities and events, turning those moments into timely social content.
  • Liaise directly with the profile owner and their team on briefs, approvals and feedback.
  • Monitor platform trends and conversations relevant to the profile’s narrative pillars, and suggest timely reactive opportunities.
  • Report monthly on social performance and contribute to quarterly reviews of volume, frequency and resourcing.

About you

  • Excellent copywriting skills in English.
  • Fluency in French and/or a strong familiarity with French culture is essential, to ensure the right tone and cultural references.
  • Comfortable working within approval workflows with senior stakeholders, and taking direct feedback from the person you represent.
