  • Work with the customer support team on shipping and fulfillment-related escalations
  • Research new suppliers, logistics partners, packaging options, and shipping solutions
  • Help with shipping costs, invoices, and 3PL billing checks
  • Keep order, inventory, and supplier trackers and documentation up to date
  • Find recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Support the Supply Chain team with ad hoc projects and new brand launches

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and 3PL platforms such as ShipBob or ShipMonk is a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to dig into issues until they’re fixed
  • Very organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many tasks and brands at once
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and basic analysis
  • Clear, professional written communication in English for working with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams
  • Proactive and reliable, takes ownership without needing constant direction
  • Experience with Amazon (FBA), international shipping, or customs is a plus

Perks & Compensation

  • Compensation: $800-1,600 USD per month, depending on experience
  • Fully remote - work from anywhere in the Philippines
  • 20 days paid vacation annually
  • 40 hours/week, consistent week-to-week structure
  • Opportunity to grow within a multi-brand e-commerce team in a fast-growing health & wellness portfolio
