The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Video Quality Reviewer to oversee the visual execution, motion dynamics, pacing, and technical finish of our learning videos and animated explainers. You will inspect 3D motion graphics and video edits frame by frame to ensure smooth visual flow, storytelling, learning experience, and AI-human-in-the-loop excellence. You will partner with content producers, serving as the final checkpoint before content is published.
Key Responsibility:
- Pacing & Timing Review: Evaluate video flow, shot durations, pause lengths, and transition speeds to ensure the viewer experience is engaging and easy to follow.
- Animation Quality Control: Inspect 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, typography, and visual effects for smoothness, consistency, and professional aesthetic standards.
- Audio-Visual Synchronization: Verify precise alignment between on-screen graphics, text animations, voiceovers, background music, and sound effects.
- Brand & Technical QA: Ensure compliance with visual brand guidelines (colors, fonts, safe zones) and verify technical specs (resolution, frame rate, compression, audio levels).
- Timecoded Feedback: Deliver clear, timestamped, and actionable visual notes using review platforms to help animators resolve defects efficiently.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Animation, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, Filmmaking, Post-production, or Graphic Design.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in video QC/QA, post-production, or animation review (corporate video, EdTech, or studio context).
- Technical Eye: Deep understanding of motion rhythm, animation principles, visual hierarchy, audio leveling, and rendering/export standards.
- Tool Familiarity: Working knowledge of video review platforms (e.g., Frame.io, Vimeo Review).
- Attention to Detail: Sharp visual perception to spot micro-stutters, misaligned elements, drop frames, audio-video drift, and branding errors quickly.

- You will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.
- Opportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.
- Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
