What You'll Do
- Own demand generation strategy and execution, with a clear mandate to drive qualified pipeline from enterprise accounts.
- Build and scale integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, events, email, partner, and content channels.
- Lead product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency from the website through every customer touchpoint.
- Drive SEO and next-generation visibility, including optimization for LLMs and AI-powered search, to grow organic discovery and share of voice.
- Elevate brand presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms with bold, creative storytelling.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align on pipeline goals, ICP, and GTM motion.
- Build, mentor, and optimize a lean, high-output marketing team that leverages AI and automation to multiply impact.
- Own marketing analytics: pipeline contribution, CAC, funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and brand metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3+ years leading marketing teams, ideally selling into enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
- Strong product marketing chops: you can sharpen messaging, write crisp copy, and translate technical value into buyer-ready narratives.
- Deep expertise in SEO and emerging experience with LLM/AI search optimization (GEO, AEO).
- Creative operator who can launch campaigns quickly, test fast, and scale what works.
- Fluent in modern martech, AI tools, and marketing automation; comfortable building efficient systems that do more with less.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader who partners naturally with Sales and Product.
- Comfortable operating in a global, distributed environment across time zones.
