The listing
We are looking for a Commercial FP&A Lead to connect product economics, pricing and marketing performance into a single decision-making framework. You will own the methodology and the numbers behind commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead unit economics and product/brand P&L across the group: define the methodology, measurement and item structure, and deliver the monthly commercial pack to management
- Take ownership of the financial side of pricing: approve pricing models and unit-economics methodology, assess the impact of tariff scenarios on revenue and margin, and issue pricing recommendations to business and Product
- Drive the evaluation of marketing ROI and partner payouts: set the attribution methodology and ROI framework, and steer allocation recommendations through the Growth & Partnerships Analysts
- Be accountable for the group revenue forecast: run the monthly forecast process across brands and hand it over to corporate consolidation on the agreed timeline
- Act as finance business partner to BD and Marketing: consult on revenue metrics, independently evaluate business cases, and bring financial discipline to commercial decisions
- Track brand growth quality: monitor LTV/CAC and Contribution Margin against targets and flag deviations to BD/Marketing/Product
Requirements
- Leadership experience in managing finance processes and teams
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and product/brand P&L modelling: LTV/CAC, contribution margin, cohort analysis; solid grounding in management accounting and margin analysis
- Hands-on experience with pricing analytics: financial assessment of tariff/fee changes on revenue and margin, scenario modelling
- Hands-on experience with marketing performance analytics: ROI/CAC/payback, attribution approaches, baseline/uplift evaluation
- Driver-based revenue forecasting; advanced Excel / financial modelling; SQL/BI for working with product and marketing data
- Proven track record in designing and implementing financial methodologies and processes, going beyond execution into structuring and optimization
- Finance business partnering with BD/Marketing/Product: influence without authority, constructive challenge of business cases, structured communication of complex analytics to decision-makers
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred
- Upper-Intermediate+ English

Responsibilities
• Own unit economics and product/brand P&L across the group (CFD brokerage and crypto exchange): define the methodology, measurement and item structure, and deliver the monthly commercial pack to management.
• Own the financial side of pricing: approve pricing models and unit-economics methodology, assess the impact of tariff scenarios on revenue and margin, and issue pricing recommendations to business and Product (production tariffs remain with business; material pricing decisions are escalated to the Head of Finance).
• Own the evaluation of marketing ROI and partner payouts: set the attribution methodology and ROI framework, and steer allocation recommendations through the Growth & Partnerships Analysts.
• Own the group revenue forecast: run the monthly forecast process across brands and hand it over to corporate consolidation on the agreed timeline.
• Act as finance business partner to BD and Marketing: consult on revenue metrics, independently evaluate business cases, and bring financial discipline to commercial decisions.
