The listing
We are looking for a .NET Engineer to join us in developing and expanding our fintech product. You’ll become part of a team with strong expertise in research, analysis, and product development, working on scalable, high-traffic systems where technology and data play a key role in shaping the product.

Our technology stack: C#, .NET 10, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse for big data storage and analytics, REST and GraphQL APIs, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS. GitLab, ArgoCD. Jira, Confluence, AI tools (ex. Claude Code).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable solutions for high-traffic systems using C# and modern .NET
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software architectures
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver features
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code, supported by unit, integration and load tests
- Investigate production issues and improve system observability through effective use of logs, metrics, traces and business data
- Research and introduce new technologies, tools and engineering practices that can improve product quality and development efficiency
- Challenge existing approaches and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team, processes and product
Requirements:
- 5+ years of сommercial experience with C# and modern .NET
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures and algorithms, and software architecture
- Hands-on experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming
- Strong hands-on experience building and operating production systems, preferably high-load and highly available
- Practical experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time/low-latency data processing, using tools such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
- Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization — including autoscaling, performance tuning, and identifying/resolving system bottlenecks
- Strong experience with relational (preferably PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Experience designing and implementing APIs using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework
- Hands-on experience with Docker and solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience writing unit and integration tests, familiarity with TDD practices
- Experience with any tools for continuous integration and delivery (preferably GitLab and ArgoCD)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Understanding of modern AI capabilities and limitations, with hands-on experience using AI-powered coding assistants or agents
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for technical discussions and documentation
Will Be a Plus:
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases for large-scale data processing
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Experience with fintech, trading, or other high-load domains
