The listing
Pandvil creates some of the most played experiences on Fortnite, and we're now making moves into Roblox. With team members across the world and a new Colombia office on the way, we're at an exciting inflection point — growing fast, staying collaborative, and looking for people who want to be part of something that's already at the top and has even bigger ambitions ahead.
- About this Role
- This is a full time role joining Pandvil as our UI / Graphic Designer, supporting live UEFN projects across both in-game UI implementation and community-facing visual design. You'll own work end-to-end — from concept through implementation and iteration — and operate at the intersection of technical UI execution and visual polish. Rough split is ~50% in-game UI/UX implementation and ~50% thumbnails, community graphics, and promo assets, though it may lean one way or the other based on project needs and your strengths.
- Requirements
- Experience with UEFN / Unreal-based UI workflows (widgets, materials, blueprints)
- If no experience in Unreal Editor, you will be expected to learn Unreal Motion Graphics
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Figma, and Blender
- Nice to have: motion design experience
- Deep understanding of UI/UX and player intent specifically for Fortnite / UEFN audiences
- 1-2 years in UGC ecosystems is a plus (e.g. Roblox, Fortnite, or Minecraft)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Experience with UEFN / Unreal-based UI workflows (widgets, materials, blueprints)
- Responsibilities
- Design and implement in-game UI/UX — HUDs, menus, and interactive elements
- Implement UI using Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG) in combination with widget blueprints and materials
- Build UI that fits how Fortnite players think, scan, and play
- Create thumbnails for map projects that drive plays and stand out in the Discover row
- Produce community graphics, patch notes, event visuals, and promotional assets
- Support live ops content and player-facing announcements
- Own your work end-to-end — concept through implementation and iteration
- Move fluidly between technical UI implementation and traditional visual design
- Juggle priorities in a live project environment with clear async communication and fast feedback loops
We're at the start of something bigger. New platforms, new markets, new office — and we need great people to grow with us. If you're ready to do the best work of your career at a studio that's already proven it can reach the top, let's talk.
