Our client is a fast-growing, female-founded consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand focused on healthy indulgence. The company creates plant-based, gluten-free, and vegan superfood cookies made with protein and adaptogenic mushrooms.
The brand is centered around wellness, balance, self-kindness, and the philosophy of “treating yourself better.” As the company expands its retail footprint and direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, it is seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer to elevate its visual identity. The brand’s aesthetic is female-focused, elevated, and lifestyle-oriented.
Role Overview
The CPG Brand Designer will create polished, on-brand visual assets supporting the company’s marketing, digital, and physical presence.
This is a part-time role at 30 hours per week with a strong focus on quality over quantity. The CPG Brand Designer will work closely with the marketing team to create digital assets such as email flows, social media graphics, and website banners, as well as physical materials including expo banners, merchandise, and sticker packs.
The ideal candidate has an elevated design eye, understands the nuances of a female-focused wellness lifestyle brand, and can provide additional value through light video editing and social media asset creation.
Location
Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 30 hours per week | Ideally aligned with 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Marketing Design
Design and build polished, on-brand emails and email flows using existing brand guidelines and creative assets.
Support the agency managing Klaviyo during the first 90 days.
Create graphic components for the website, including banners, promotional imagery, and visual assets highlighting the cookies’ superfood ingredients.
Design aesthetic-driven static posts, carousels, and stories for social media platforms.
Physical Asset & Merchandise Design
Design materials for physical events, including expo banners and promotional collateral.
Create branded merchandise, including custom plates, sticker packs, and apparel graphics that reflect the brand’s “treat yourself better” ethos.
Assist with light packaging elements and supporting materials.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Maintain the brand’s elevated, female-focused visual identity across projects.
Produce high-quality, consistent work that aligns with the brand’s established look, feel, and mission.
Video Editing & Social Media Support
Edit raw footage into polished video content for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
Create video content that resonates with the wellness and CPG community.
Support the Social Media Manager with visual assets and creative input for campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, specifically working with elevated lifestyle, CPG, apparel, or female-focused wellness brands.
Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC brands is strongly preferred.
Experience creating both digital assets, including email, social, and web, and physical assets, including expo materials and merchandise.
Experience with social media video editing is highly valued.
Skills
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong visual judgment and the ability to create polished, on-brand designs for a specific target demographic.
Ability to use AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of design workflows.
Ability to work effectively under the direction of the marketing team.
Proactive and resourceful approach to design projects.
Ability to take ownership of design projects.
Strong focus on producing high-quality work.

Consistent execution of high-quality digital and physical design assets that align with the brand identity and mission.
Marketing campaigns, particularly email and social, are supported by polished, professional graphics that drive conversion and brand loyalty.
The marketing team can confidently hand off design requests knowing the output will meet established aesthetic standards.
Video editing and social media asset creation support the brand’s overall digital presence.
Opportunity
