About OpenLoop
OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
About the Role
OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. As SVP of Marketing, you'll lead a team spanning demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand, and design; building the systematic, revenue-connected marketing engine that matches the pace of one of the fastest-scaling companies in digital health.
What You'll Do
Own marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand, and design; with outcomes tied directly to overall company revenue.
Lead the demand gen team in driving both inbound and outbound pipeline across two distinct acquisition motions: self-service and B2B outbound/sales-assisted, ensuring they scale together rather than competing for the same demand.
Own product marketing enablement and throughput for internal (sales, CS) and external (market-facing) audiences.
Lead and elevate the brand and design function, bringing a growth marketing mindset to positioning, identity, and campaign execution for OpenLoop and its portfolio companies.
Build out event marketing as a function from the ground up.
Introduce a systematic, metrics-driven operating rigor across the team with clear KPIs, dashboards, and a regular measurement cadence.
Coach and develop a team that already excels at execution and 0-to-1 work, building the prioritization frameworks and systems needed to scale it.
Partner closely with Sales/Revenue leadership to keep the self-service and outbound motions aligned rather than cannibalizing one another.
Serve as a senior marketing voice internally and represent the function to executive leadership.
Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership scaling multi-function marketing organizations.
Proven experience running both a self-service and a B2B/outbound funnel at the same time without one cannibalizing the other.
A track record of building systematic marketing operations including metrics, reporting, and prioritization frameworks, inside a high-growth environment.
Strong people leadership across diverse marketing disciplines: demand gen, product marketing, lifecycle, brand, and design.
A growth marketing mindset, with the ability to guide brand and design teams without being a hands-on practitioner.
Hands-on comfort using AI to increase marketing team productivity, execution speed, and decision-making.
Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
