We are seeking a dedicated and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, or services. You’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads across digital channels.
Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)
Working Hours & Conditions: UK business hours; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, search engines, display ads, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
- Conduct SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Website creation and design, ensuring websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 to 3 years proven experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Must have digital marketing experience with Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, or agencies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Basic image editing capability (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Familiarity with website performance and UX best practices
- PORTFOLIO is required.
