Position: DIGITAL MARKETING & E-COMMERCE MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION & BUILDING PRODUCTS)

Salary range: Php 70,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours: New Zealand Business Hours (Monday–Friday)

Work set-up: Full time, 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

Holidays: New Zealand public holidays

About the Company & Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing New Zealand-based supplier of premium construction and surface technology products serving trade professionals, builders, and contractors across New Zealand and the Pacific. As the business continues to expand its digital presence, we are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize the entire online customer journey. This role combines e-commerce operations, website management, digital marketing, and lead generation to drive growth and deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify website, including product pages, content, and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate product information and system integrations, preferably with CIN7 or similar platforms.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO and website optimization.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor ROI.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
  • Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Track performance using GA4 and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Work Setup

  • Permanent Work From Home
  • Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection
  • Must be available to work during New Zealand business hours

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Experience handling product catalogs and website content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with CIN7 or similar ERP/inventory systems.
  • Background in construction, building products, manufacturing, wholesale, or other technical product industries.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Meta Business Suite.
