About the Company & Role
Join an established premium consumer brand with a strong international presence and significant untapped ecommerce potential. We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce to lead the next phase of digital growth across Amazon, DTC and paid digital channels. You will own ecommerce revenue, profitability, strategy and budgets, while working closely with the CEO to build a scalable international ecommerce operation. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building, moving quickly and taking direct ownership of commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ecommerce strategy, P&L, revenue and profitability across key channels.
- Lead Amazon growth across the USA and UK/EU marketplaces.
- Drive Amazon advertising, listing optimisation, reviews, A+ Content and Subscribe & Save.
- Lead Shopify/DTC growth, CRO, email/SMS retention and customer lifetime value.
- Develop paid acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok and Google/YouTube.
- Build affiliate and influencer programs focused on measurable revenue.
- Lead ecommerce content and creative strategy across social, product, video and marketplace channels.
- Build and manage a lean virtual assistant team to support ecommerce operations.
- Manage external agencies/operators and hold them accountable for performance.
- Use data, AI and modern ecommerce tools to improve speed, efficiency and growth.

Requirements
Must have:
- Proven ecommerce leadership experience with ownership of revenue/commercial targets.
- Deep hands-on Amazon experience, including advertising, listings and marketplace growth.
- Multi-market ecommerce experience, ideally across USA and UK/EU.
- Strong paid social experience, particularly Meta.
- Shopify/DTC experience and understanding of retention marketing.
- Experience managing remote, offshore or virtual teams.
- Strong commercial, analytical and hands-on execution skills.
Nice to have:
- Premium FMCG, food & beverage, health, wellness or consumer goods experience.
- Amazon Attribution and Brand Referral Bonus experience.
- Affiliate/influencer program experience.
- Klaviyo, CRO and SEO experience.
- Experience scaling an ecommerce business with significant growth potential.
