Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes.
- Stay informed of industry trends and updates regarding content moderation practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement.
- Willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment that entails evolving guidelines.
- Must be prepared to relocate to Malta and engage positively within a collaborative team framework.
