Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and legal standards.
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to Norwegian-speaking players.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
- Document and report moderation findings and customer interactions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance moderation skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess user-generated content.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
