The listing
We're looking for an Amazon Account Specialist with hands-on experience managing both Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple Amazon brands, including catalog operations, account health, compliance, advertising support, and performance optimization. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
- Create and maintain product listings, variations, flat files, and catalog content.
- Handle Amazon Seller Support cases, account issues, suspensions, and appeals (POAs).
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Optimize listings through keyword research, titles, bullet points, and backend search terms.
- Manage Brand Registry assets, including A+ Content and Brand Story.
- Prepare reports and communicate account performance and ongoing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with Amazon platform changes, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
- Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management, compliance, and account health.
- Experience handling Seller Support cases, listing issues, and account reinstatements.
- Written English at a B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with FBA and FBM operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
- Experience supporting Amazon Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with Brand Registry and A+ Content.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
- Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to improve workflows, reporting, or content creation.
