Become a key player in delivering outstanding support to our world-class accommodation partners in Greece!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries, such as modifications to rooms, rates, and availability, extranet tooling etc.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
- Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
Requirements
- Near-native or native level of Croatian language with strong English language skills.
- Experience in customer support or service industry would be a plus.
- Confident and engaging phone manner, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving personal and team objectives.
- This role can be on-site or remote, depending on discussion.
- Eligible to work and live in Greece (EU citizenship/passport or valid work permit for Greece)
