We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international customer service project supporting customers in the German-speaking market.
In this role, you will assist customers with a wide range of service, billing and technical inquiries, provide professional solutions to their questions and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.
The position also includes a sales and cross-selling element, giving you the opportunity to identify relevant products or services based on each customer's needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in German, assisting customers with their questions and requests
- Handle technical, billing and service-related inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate cases when required
- Accurately record and document all customer interactions
- Collect all necessary information to support effective case resolution
- Identify and communicate relevant sales and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services and processes
- Follow established quality standards, internal procedures and customer service guidelines
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, consumer safety requirements and internal policies
- Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the appropriate channels
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous improvement
- Represent the brand professionally and contribute to a high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- C1 level of German – both written and spoken
- B1 level of English
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to handle complaints calmly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and quality standards
- Willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic customer service environment
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Working schedule based on business requirements
- Candidates should be flexible regarding working hours and potential schedule adjustments
Training
- Comprehensive paid training will be provided before taking over customer interactions independently
- Training will prepare you for customer service, technical and billing inquiries, complaint handling, products and processes
- Candidates will also receive guidance on sales and cross-selling techniques

Benefits
- €1,280 gross monthly salary
- Performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPI performance
- Sales bonus with no monthly limit, averaging approximately €200 per month
- €2,000 signing bonus, paid in 6 installments (€300 x 5 + €500)
- First installment paid at the end of training
