This is a high-impact role where you’ll go beyond traditional admin work — you’ll help streamline workflows, stay ahead of priorities, and ensure our team is operating efficiently day-to-day. Extreme growth potential in a vibrant growing organization.
Overview
- Drive day-to-day coordination across the organization to keep operations running efficiently
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities for leadership
- Prepare communications, documents, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate travel, including booking flights and accommodations
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and key initiatives
- Keep systems, files, and confidential information organized and up to date
Requirements
- Experience in an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
