The Sr. Account Executive - Customer Experience (CX) SaaS Sales is responsible for getting new client logos on board that are strategically relevant to the company's mission. An Account Executive researches the field and identifies potentially fruitful partners. They analyze the potential impacts of a partnership, create and maintain business relationships, and manage the accounts of key partners. Our Account Executives have a very clear understanding of the company's products and their place on the market. They know their competitors inside out and have an insight into the business activities and strategies that will sustain and grow the company.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Generating new opportunities from previous contacts and developing new contacts
- Working with marketing and demand generation to develop strategies that target key sectors.
- Meeting all individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Forming and leading a ‘bid team’ comprising operational, technical, HR, and executive-level input where necessary, and clearly briefing the team on required input to achieve bid success
Requirements
- Must have experience selling solutions in the Customer Experience (CX) industry
- Ability to build and develop relationships with key decision-makers within prospective new clients.
- An excellent range of executive communication skills with the ability to adapt style to the demands of the audience is essential.
- Ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiation and sales skills, and the ability to work at a senior level.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior client services and/or sales role.
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to the Customer Experience (Cx) sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams throughout the sales process.
- Experience managing an enterprise deal process and managing enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling to customer service operational leaders.
- Must reside in the United States.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to lead sales presentations, coordinating relevant colleagues' input and taking overall responsibility for the outcome of each pitch.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
