Through a combination of global delivery capabilities, technology-enabled services, and industry expertise, the company helps enterprise clients improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and accelerate transformation.
The Vice President of Global Sales – Google will lead the strategy for expanding the company’s relationship and revenue opportunities across Google’s global organization and broader ecosystem. This executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building senior-level relationships, and closing complex BPO, CX, AI, technology, and digital transformation engagements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise solutions to Google, an established network of Google decision-makers, and a strong understanding of how to navigate a large, complex, matrixed technology organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic hunter who can develop new relationships, uncover opportunities across business units, and convert those relationships into sustainable revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy to expand the company’s relationships and revenue opportunities across Google.
- Identify and pursue net-new opportunities across Google’s business units, products, regions, and functional areas.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, procurement leaders, operations stakeholders, and key decision-makers across Google.
- Position the company’s BPO, CX, AI, automation, technology, and digital transformation capabilities against Google’s evolving business needs.
- Partner with solutioning, operations, technology, finance, legal, and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Navigate Google’s procurement, compliance, security, contracting, and vendor-management processes.
- Develop account plans that identify key stakeholders, whitespace opportunities, competitive threats, and paths to revenue growth.
- Maintain a strong pipeline while providing accurate sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and revenue projections.
- Represent the company in executive meetings, presentations, negotiations, and strategic business reviews.
- Help strengthen the company’s overall positioning and long-term partnership with Google.

Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise BPO, CX, technology, or digital transformation sales experience in complex global environments.
- Demonstrated success selling directly to Google and navigating its global organizational structure.
- Established network of executive-level relationships and decision-makers within Google.
- Proven success closing large, multimillion-dollar enterprise engagements.
- Experience selling complex solutions that may include customer experience, contact center services, content moderation, trust and safety, back-office operations, AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of global delivery models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore operations.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement requirements, security reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Strong pipeline management, sales forecasting, commercial negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, highly matrixed global organization.
Other Position Requirements
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and internal collaboration.
- Ability to work across global time zones.
- Experience with Google must be current enough to provide relevant relationships and a strong understanding of its present business environment.
