The listing
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst, reporting to design, build, and maintain interactive client and internal dashboards while ensuring the underlying data meets strict accuracy and performance standards. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex raw data and visual insights, performing end-to-end data quality assurance, developing automated reports, and translating business requirements into clear analytical visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize interactive, production-grade dashboards and reports using BI tools Tableau, Power BI and Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPI metrics and reporting requirements.
- Partner with growth, sales, and account teams to design compelling mockups, proof-of-concept (POC) dashboards, and data visual stories for new client pitches.
- Deliver fast-turnaround visual concepts that turn complex capabilities into easy-to-understand value propositions for external buyers.
- Maintain dashboard data models, automated refresh schedules, and row-level security for executive and operational dashboards.
- Support QA to identify data anomalies and collaborate with Data Engineering to remediate underlying source issues.
- Build and maintain a centralized data dictionary, KPI definition log, and technical documentation for all business reports.
- Support standardized guidelines for dashboard design, naming conventions, and data validation rules.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong record of academic and/or professional achievement
- Sharp attention to UI/UX formatting, alignment, color consistency, and readability across dashboards.
- Data analysis experience including spreadsheet (Excel) and SQL platforms
- Effectiveness in managing multiple projects across multiple clients and stakeholders
- Understands user personas to design dashboards that non-technical users find intuitive and easy to adopt
- Familiarity with relational databases or cloud data warehouses
