The listing

Nash is the autonomic logistics platform. Self-optimizing, self-healing AI Agents unify decisioning and execution across fleets, carriers, and fulfillment networks. Set the objective, and the system runs until you hit it. We’re 1,000+ customers across 20+ countries, backed by a16z and Y Combinator.

About this role

Nash is hiring its first global field and event marketing lead. You will own how Nash shows up in person: the event strategy for the company, and the field execution behind it in every region. You will build the event calendar with our regional GTM leads, and lead a team of regional field managers across APAC, EMEA and North America. You report to the VP of Growth and work directly with Sales leaders in each region.

What you own

  • The event calendar. You decide which shows and sponsorships earn a place, and how big Nash goes at each one.

  • The account list for each event, shared with Sales, so events and outreach point the same way.

  • What each event returned, and what that says about where Nash shows up next.

  • The field budget across regions, invested against pipeline and deal acceleration.

  • Every in-person moment Nash creates: booths, dinners, hosted events, gifting, merch and swag.

  • ABM events for our top accounts, built with the account teams. Executive dinners, onsites, and gifts made for one account at a time.

  • The relationships with show organizers, partners and vendors that earn speaking slots, better booth placement, and co-hosted events.

  • Vendors and production partners in every region. You choose them, set the terms, and hold them to the standard, across booth build, print, swag, freight and storage.

  • The content each event produces. You shoot your own, direct photographers and videographers, and get attendees and the team posting.

  • Internal events, including all-hands and company offsites, held to the same standard as the ones customers see.

  • The regional team. You hire the field managers, set the standard, and keep running the events that matter most yourself.

What you bring

  • 7+ years in B2B field or event marketing, across more than one region.

  • Shows you owned outright. You picked them, ran them, and answered for what came back.

  • You have run an event people wanted to come to and talked about afterward. One you were proud of, and that became a flagship part of the company.

  • A team you built and led across time zones, employees or contractors, including the hiring.

  • Super self-starter. You find the person who can unblock you, and you can put something good together on budget and with days' notice, then build the system that makes the next one easier to run.

  • Taste and polish. You know the difference between a booth people stop at and one they walk past, and the details guests notice are right, from the invite through the run of show.

  • Pipeline and the big picture. You can walk through the pipeline your events produced and how it moved, and you plan a year of events as one program rather than a series of one-offs.

  • AI already in your workflow, and something you built or improved that you can show us.

  • Command of budget and logistics at scale, and steadiness in the week of a show.

  • Willingness to travel 30 to 40% of the year.

How to Apply

Send us your resume, links or photos of events you have run, and a short note on the one you are proudest of and why. If you would rather skip the cover letter and send a Loom walking us through that event, the invite that filled the room, or the run of show behind it, that is very much encouraged.

More about Nash

Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.

Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.

Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.

We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.

Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.
