About The Role
Reporting to the CTO, we are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and experienced Senior Director of Product to help drive our AI and Growth initiatives at Uberall. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, defining and executing the product strategy to drive adoption of AI features within Uberall, create new exciting products in the expanding AEO/GEO (AI Search) space and improve overall growth & retention of Uberall’s customer base. You will lead a team of global product managers, collaborate cross-functionally across other leaders within Uberall and work closely with senior leadership to achieve our ambitious growth objectives.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered features, AEO/GEO features and growth initiatives, aligning with Uberall's overall business objectives.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
AI Innovation: Lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies for our product set to enhance user experience, automate processes and drive growth.
Drive Product-Led Sales & Growth: Implement strategies to leverage the product itself as a primary driver of user acquisition, activation, retention & expansion.
Drive AI-Native Product Management: Uberall is at the forefront of adapting and utilizing AI tools to drive Ideation, Product Discovery and Validation. We are looking for someone who has already been diving into Vibe-Coding and using AI to drive Product Discovery.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, AI-Native approaches, collaboration and accountability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of product initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Knowledge, skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on growth and strategy, leveraging true AI capabilities over the past few years.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products that drive significant user growth and engagement.
Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in a SaaS environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading and managing high-performing product teams.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth strategies.
Experience within MarTech is a plus.
