Senior UI/UX Product Designer
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to turn user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile products.
The role focuses on both product design and the continuous development of the design system, ensuring consistency across products while working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user needs, business goals, and product requirements into clear and intuitive design solutions.
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct and contribute to user research, personas, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, design tokens, and reusable component libraries.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across different product experiences.
- Design complex enterprise and data-heavy products with clear and efficient user experiences.
- Create effective data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand.
- Apply accessibility principles throughout the design process.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the final implementation matches the intended design.
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and prioritize design improvements.
- Use prototypes to validate ideas, test workflows, and identify usability issues before development.
- Contribute to improving design processes, patterns, and documentation across the product team.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products.
- Portfolio demonstrating both strong design thinking and high-quality visual/UI execution.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research, creating personas, and running usability testing.
- Strong experience building and maintaining design systems, design tokens, and component libraries.
- Experience designing responsive experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience designing complex enterprise, SaaS, or data-heavy products.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns.
- Experience with data visualization and presenting complex data in a clear, user-friendly way.
- Strong prototyping skills, with the ability to create prototypes for user testing and design validation.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers and understand technical constraints during the design process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across interfaces and components.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an agile product development environment is a plus.
