Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content plans across key careers social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
- Create video, photo, and written content from concept to publication
- Identify employee stories and create UGC content that showcases our people, culture, and projects
- Manage social media content calendars and coordinate content distribution across channels
- Ensure content follows the company’s Tone of Voice and visual guidelines
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content formats and opportunities
- Track content performance and use analytics to optimize engagement and candidate conversion
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SMM, content production, or a similar role
- Portfolio showcasing your previous work
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram
- Understanding of social media analytics and key content performance metrics (Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics)
- Strong hands-on experience with short-form video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator, along with hands-on experience using video editing software (e.g., CapCut)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage employees and internal teams in content creation
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus
- Experience in employer branding, HR, or recruitment marketing
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., fintech, banking, or trading), where content is subject to compliance review
- Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Experience creating and adapting content for international, multi-country audiences

Role mission
Ensure consistent growth in target audience conversion into candidates by translating the company's real culture and projects into strategic digital content; mitigate employer brand reputation risks through content quality control and strict adherence of publications to the corporate Tone of Voice; ensure the scalability of the content strategy through distribution automation, template implementation, and systematic analysis of engagement metrics (Engagement Rate).
Requirements hard skills
1. Full-Cycle Video Production & Editing: Proficiency in planning, scripting, directing, shooting, and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form formats (YouTube interviews, office tours).
2. Copywriting & Tone of Voice Mastery: Ability to write engaging, error-free copy across various formats—from short social media posts to long-form corporate articles (LinkedIn, Medium, DOU)—while strictly adhering to corporate Tone of Voice and brand guidelines.
3. Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation: Experience using Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to build graphic templates, banners, infographics, social media covers, and ad creatives.
4. SMM Platform Management & Automation: Hands-on experience managing social networks (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok).
5. Content Analytics & Metrics: Capability to track and analyze key metrics (Engagement Rate, Reach, Impressions, CTR, Video Retention, Link Clicks) using platform analytics and Google Analytics to optimize content performance.
6. Employer Branding & UGC Management: Skill in developing employee advocacy programs, structuring UGC challenges, conducting interviews, and translating internal corporate culture into candidate-facing content.
Requirements soft skills
1. Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire internal employees to become content creators, guide non-media staff through interviews or video shoots, and act as a champion for the company's culture.
2. Creativity & Storytelling: Strong narrative sense to identify compelling human-interest stories within teams and translate complex projects into relatable, engaging digital content.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skill in working seamlessly with Digital Campaign Specialists, Recruiters, HR, and Department Heads to produce recruiting assets and align content with business needs.
4. Attention to Detail: High visual and textual standards to protect employer reputation, maintain visual consistency, and prevent Tone of Voice breaches.
5. Project & Time Management: Ability to manage content pipelines, balance rapid reactive posting with structured campaign deadlines, and keep the media calendar on track.
6. Adaptability & Trend Awareness: Agility in spotting rising social media trends, algorithm shifts, and platform updates, quickly testing new creative formats for target audiences.
Responsibilities

2. Full-Cycle Multimedia Production: Script, film, edit, and publish short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form (YouTube) video formats alongside high-quality workplace photography.
3. Copywriting & Tone of Voice Ownership: Draft engaging posts, long-form articles (LinkedIn, Medium, DOU), and corporate updates adhering strictly to the brand’s Tone of Voice.
4. Social Media Visuals & Ad Design: Build graphic templates, infographics, and promotional campaign banners in partnership with the Digital Campaign Specialist.
5. SMM Operations & Automation: Manage the corporate content calendar, automate cross-platform posting, and streamline distribution across all digital channels.
6. Engagement Analytics & Optimization: Track, report on, and analyze engagement metrics (ER, reach, video views, candidate link clicks) to continuously refine content strategy.
Will be a plus
FinTech Industry Background: Prior experience building employer branding or SMM content specifically for FinTech companies.
Basic Motion Design & Animation: Ability to add simple 2D motion graphics, animated text, or dynamic transitions to videos and social media banners (e.g., in After Effects or CapCut).
Established Media / Tech Network: Existing connections with tech communities, industry blogs, or tech publications (like DOU, or specialized Telegram channels) for cross-posting and content syndication.
