*** Please note that to qualify for this role, you must be located in Poland and hold a valid work permit. ***
We’re looking for a T-shaped Growth Marketer who can identify and drive opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion across the website, customer journey and growth campaigns.
A major part of the role is shaping how our website works as a growth channel: how we communicate our value, structure key journeys and help users move towards the next step.
This is a hands-on role combining customer insight, data, UX, CRO, content, messaging and campaign strategy. We’re looking for someone who can spot an opportunity, turn it into a clear initiative or experiment, and take it through execution and results.
About us: GetResponse is a SaaS company recognized for its industry-leading email marketing and marketing automation software. We’ve been serving our customers since 1998 and are proud to have 350,000+ SMBs and 1,000+ enterprise customers on board.
Main tasks:
- shape and continuously improve the website from a customer journey, messaging and conversion perspective.
- identify and prioritize opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion across the customer journey.
- shape and own acquisition campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement and iteration.
- define campaign audiences, propositions, messaging, customer journeys and the right mix of channels and touchpoints.
- develop and run CRO and growth experiments based on clear hypotheses.
- use customer research, behavioral insights and quantitative data to understand what drives or blocks conversion.
- get hands-on with research, messaging, content, copy and experiment concepts where it helps us move faster.
- work with PPC, Design, Sales, Analytics, Product and other specialists to deliver initiatives.
- support selected projects around activation and free trial-to-paid conversion.
- use AI actively across research, analysis and execution, while maintaining a high-quality bar.
You may be a perfect fit if you have:
- experience owning growth initiatives with measurable acquisition or conversion outcomes.
- experience shaping and improving websites from a customer journey, messaging and conversion perspective.
- experience shaping and delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
- practical experience with CRO, experimentation and hypothesis-driven work.
- strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data and customer insight into action.
- strong understanding of customer behavior, UX and digital buying journeys.
- good understanding of how paid, SEO, content, email and automation can work together.
- strong content and messaging judgment, with the ability to write and improve copy yourself and use AI to produce sharp, specific, high-quality output rather than generic marketing content.
- experience working cross-functionally while maintaining ownership of the initiative.
- strong project management and prioritization skills.
Nice to have:
- B2B SaaS or another digital/subscription business.
- marketing to B2B and enterprise audiences, including longer and more complex sales cycles.
- free trial, activation or free-to-paid conversion projects.
- marketing automation and lifecycle communication.
- customer research, user interviews or behavioral analysis.
- AI Search / LLM visibility projects.
- CMS or no-code tools.
Salary range:
- 12 000 - 15 000 PLN gross monthly on contract of employment
- 572 - 715 PLN net/man-day on B2B contract
Extra perks include: *
- we work in a hybrid model for those based in the Tri-City area; employees based outside the area work fully remotely
- home office setup – a one-time bonus of up to 1,000 PLN (or equivalent) to help set up your home office space
- private medical care for employees and their family members
- employee referral program – up to 10,000 PLN for recommending a friend
- corporate life insurance
- employee pension program (PPE)
- wellbeing and mental health culture – mental health helpline, sport card, etc.
- modern equipment – most of our teams work on MacBooks
- English language classes
- internal initiatives like webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, and more
*Some benefits may be available only to talents hired under a contract of employment.
