Paired is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing direct-response marketing agency that works with DTC brands across the supplements, functional beverage, health, and consumer wellness industries.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to independently own the performance, growth, and account health of multiple Amazon brands.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can immediately take ownership of Amazon PPC strategy, account health/violations, and client communication without requiring training or supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Independently develop, manage, and scale Amazon PPC across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Own budgets, bids, keywords, search terms, placements, testing, and ACOS/TACOS optimization.
- Manage campaigns at scale using Amazon bulk files and bulk sheets.
- Diagnose and resolve account health issues, policy violations, listing suppressions, variation issues, and Seller Central cases.
- Manage Brand Registry, infringement reports, brand protection, and escalations.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and marketplace research using Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
- Analyze performance and turn data into clear growth and optimization strategies.
- Manage catalog health, listing optimization, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Amazon creative requirements.
- Independently lead recurring client calls, present results and strategy, establish priorities, and manage expectations.
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously and take full ownership when performance or marketplace issues arise.
Requirements
- Strong experience independently managing multiple Amazon brands/accounts.
- Advanced Amazon PPC expertise—you must be able to develop and execute strategy without training.
- Proven experience managing meaningful Amazon ad budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Hands-on experience resolving Amazon violations, account health issues, and Seller Central cases.
- Proven experience independently leading client calls and communicating strategy to founders or senior stakeholders.
- Previous agency or multi-brand portfolio experience.
- Experience with supplements, health, wellness, food & beverage, or similar consumer brands.
- Experience coordinating Amazon strategy with DTC/e-commerce paid media.
- Strong knowledge of catalog management, listing optimization, Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
- Proficiency with Amazon bulk files and tools such as Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Important: This is not a training or support-level position. Candidates must already be comfortable developing PPC strategy, handling Amazon violations/account health issues, and leading client calls independently.
