This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide.

This position is contingent upon confirmation of funding. Salary offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
Support one of Maine's largest digital health initiatives through project coordination, scheduling, communications, documentation, and stakeholder support.
Position Summary: Provides day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to the EMR Modernization leadership team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2–4 years of project coordination
Excellent organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office experience
