The listing
We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and polished Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO of a fast-paced, technology-driven U.S. company. This role is designed for someone who can operate as an extension of the CEO — managing priorities, driving execution, communicating with high-level stakeholders, and solving problems independently.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable operating in high-performance environments with senior executives, investors, partners, and top-tier professionals.
This is not an assistant role for someone waiting to be told exactly what to do. We want someone who can take a problem, own it, figure it out, and come back with solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner and representative of the CEO in internal and external communications.
Coordinate and manage high-priority projects, initiatives, and follow-ups across departments.
Communicate professionally with executives, clients, investors, and other top-level stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and executive materials.
Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure execution and accountability.
Conduct research, gather information, and independently solve operational or strategic problems.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions.
Help optimize workflows, processes, and executive operations.
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate exceptionally well, and know how to execute at a high level, we’d love to hear from you.
Exceptional English communication skills — written and spoken.
Strong vocabulary, professional presence, and clear/native-level accent.
Ability to confidently interact with high-level executives and top-tier professionals.
Highly task-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel and general business/technology tools.
Ability to independently figure things out and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
