Position requirements
* 3+ years of proven experience in game level design, preferably in mobile puzzle or physics based games;
* Strong understanding of puzzle design, physics based mechanics, difficulty progression, and player psychology;
* Ability to design levels around trajectories, collisions, destruction, and chain reactions;
* Experience balancing levels to make solutions understandable, challenging, and satisfying;
* Ability to iterate quickly based on playtesting, player feedback, and analytics;
* Good knowledge of Unity3D Editor and level design tools;
* Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, product owners;
* Ability to communicate design ideas clearly in written or verbal form;
* Familiarity with the mobile gaming market and current trends;
* A portfolio demonstrating levels you designed for shipped or playable games;
* Advanced level of English or higher;
* Unity3D development experience is a plus.
Position responsibilities
* Design, build, and deliver engaging levels for a mobile physics based puzzle game;
* Create varied challenges using the game’s characters, abilities, obstacles, and environmental mechanics;
* Introduce mechanics gradually and develop a difficulty curve that keeps players engaged;
* Playtest levels, identify unclear or frustrating moments, and refine the gameplay experience;
* Use player feedback and analytics to adjust level difficulty and improve engagement;
* Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure levels function correctly and meet visual and gameplay standards;
* Contribute new level concepts and combinations of mechanics to keep the game fresh for players.
