Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine time

Compensation range: $2,500 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly (before tax and deductions)

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be formally employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you’ll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: Our client is an office furniture supplier providing commercial workspace solutions for businesses. They offer a wide range of office furnishings, including desks, seating, storage, and complete workplace fit-outs, supported by design, delivery, and installation services to help businesses create functional and productive environments.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing activities, with a primary focus on managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing paid search performance, email marketing campaigns, Shopify updates, and digital merchandising activities. This role will work closely with the business to improve online visibility, customer engagement, and overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, including strategy, performance tracking, budget management, and ongoing improvements.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Klaviyo or Omnisend.
  • Maintain and update Shopify products, collections, content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage website banners, digital promotions, and online merchandising activities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve conversions and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with external digital partners and agencies to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of paid search strategy and optimisation.
  • Prior experience working with an AdWords/SEO marketing agency is required. 
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Omnisend.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Previous experience working with Australian digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide marketing decisions.
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or a product-based business is preferred.
