We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor / Motion Graphics Editor to develop compelling, high-performing video content across paid social and digital marketing channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong video editing and motion graphics expertise with an understanding of what makes content engaging, scroll-stopping, and effective. This person should be comfortable transforming raw footage, UGC assets, and creative concepts into polished, performance-driven video content that captures attention and drives results.
We're looking for someone who can balance creative storytelling with a performance marketing mindset, move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and continuously refine creative based on feedback, emerging trends, and campaign performance.
Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging video content for paid social campaigns, organic social channels, and digital marketing initiatives.

Develop compelling motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects that elevate video content and strengthen storytelling.

Transform raw footage, UGC content, and existing creative assets into polished, platform-ready videos.

Create and optimize performance-driven video ads tailored to platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Incorporate social media trends, creative best practices, and platform-specific formats into video production.

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to bring concepts to life and execute against campaign objectives.

Develop multiple creative variations, including different hooks, messaging, pacing, and visual treatments, to support testing and optimization.

Apply feedback efficiently and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and campaign performance.

Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with demonstrated expertise in video editing and motion graphics.

Experience producing and editing paid social advertisements, UGC-style videos, and other short-form digital content.

Strong understanding of performance-driven creative, including effective hooks, pacing, storytelling, and calls to action.

Ability to create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual elements that enhance video storytelling.

Familiarity with social media platforms, emerging content trends, and creative best practices across digital channels.

Experience adapting video content for different platforms, audiences, aspect ratios, and campaign objectives.

Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and an understanding of how visual storytelling influences audience engagement.

Ability to work efficiently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality creative under tight deadlines.

Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback, collaborating cross-functionally, and iterating quickly on creative concepts.
Nice to Have

Experience creating video content for B2B and/or SaaS brands, including paid acquisition campaigns, product marketing, or demand generation initiatives.
