The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a proven ability to originate opportunities, build C-suite relationships, and close complex enterprise engagements. Candidates will be considered at the VP or SVP level based on sustained sales results, the size and complexity of deals closed, executive relationships, and ability to independently build pipeline. Final title and compensation will reflect experience and demonstrated performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth priorities and target industries.
  • Personally originate new opportunities through executive outreach, industry relationships, advisors, partners, networking, and events.
  • Own the full new-logo sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution development, proposals, commercial negotiations, contracting, and close.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Partner with solutions, operations, technology, AI, finance, pricing, legal, marketing, and executive teams to develop differentiated client solutions.
  • Communicate the value of BPO and CX services, AI-enabled operations, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Develop business cases and executive presentations that connect solutions to productivity, cost savings, customer experience, revenue growth, and risk reduction.
  • Negotiate commercial structures, including FTE-based, transaction-based, consumption-based, and outcome-based models.
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline to achieve annual new-logo revenue and bookings targets, with accurate forecasts and disciplined CRM management.
  • Stay informed on competitors, buyer priorities, emerging technologies, and commercial trends to strengthen market positioning.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to account leadership following contract execution.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strategic hunter with the initiative, persistence, and competitive drive to originate and win new business.
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Consultative sales approach with strong commercial judgment, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written communication, executive presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple complex pursuits in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise sales experience in BPO, CX, customer care, digital transformation, technology-enabled services, or a closely related industry. Direct BPO or CX sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Verifiable success personally originating and closing new-logo enterprise business, including complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Established, current relationships with C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, advisors, or industry influencers in target markets.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline through independent prospecting and relationship development, beyond existing accounts, inbound leads, and formal RFPs.
  • Experience developing strategic pursuit plans, executive relationship strategies, and sales approaches that result in closed business.
  • Ability to communicate the business value of AI, automation, analytics, digital capabilities, and technology-enabled CX solutions.
  • Experience building ROI-based business cases and navigating enterprise procurement, pricing, contracting, security, technology, and legal processes.
  • Strong pipeline management, sales forecasting, CRM, and standard productivity tool skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Other Position Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to discuss sales performance over the previous 3–5 years, including new-logo revenue, total or annual contract value, average and largest deal size, quota attainment, and percentage of pipeline personally originated.
